Mexico | Playa Del Carmen | Iberostar Tucan/Quetzal

Amazing Mexico; another Caribbean destination on our holiday map. After seeing other Caribbean countries, I would say Mexico is a great destination for holidaymakers who like to explore the places that they go to. We stayed at Iberostar Tucan hotel in Playa Del Carmen; a small, mainly tourist-oriented city about one hour south from the famous Cancun city. Playa Del Carmen is the perfect place for nightlife, with many amazing pubs and restaurants to choose from. One thing that you must do is go to Coco Bongo - an incredible discotheque-style show themed with famous movies, bands and musicians. One time there is not enough for many - it is really worth it!

For those who like more beach-type relaxing I would highly recommend Playa Paraiso Beach; one of the most beautiful in Mexico. It's about 40 minutes’ drive from Playa Del Carmen and is very popular due to its amazing rock cliffs, soft, sandy beach and Tulum ruins. Here you’ll need to be aware that by choosing an excursion to see it, you won’t have time enjoy the two breath-taking beaches. Instead consider hiring a taxi or car as the price should be around the same fee. We also saw the Chichen Itza Pyramid, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, Cuzumel Island with the beautifully designed Iberostar Cozumel Hotel and Valladolid City with its colonial-style city centre.

As I mentioned at the beginning, there is much more to see. So I hope someday I will return to Mexico to explore it more deeply. But for now, all i can do is to feed my hope with pictures that I've managed to take there. Enjoy:

New Forest Day Out | Family Photographer | Couple Session | Hampshire

These pictures were taken on that first sunny weekend of 2011. Along with our friends, we decided to have a barbecue somewhere in the New Forest. Knowing that I would have the chance to take some photos of the New Forest on that sunny day, I couldn’t leave my camera at home. I tried to engage my friends – a very lovely couple – in order to get them to pose for me in such a picturesque place; I wanted to use it as beautiful scenery to capture something special.

It's not easy to ask anyone to pose in an intimate way to catch those magical moments of a close relationship, but this is the key. Magda and Lukasz passed this test brilliantly and I hope that the pictures below will prove me (and them) right. Enjoy:

Dominican Republic | Punta Cana | Bavaro | Iberostar Dominicana | Destinations

It was long-awaited post by my wife. Just couldn't find the right time to post it, until today. Among all Caribbean Islands, Dominican Republic is a perfect far away holiday destination for all those looking for the white sandy beaches and guaranteed sunny weather. The Hotel that we stayed in (Iberostar Dominicana), was located on one of the most famous and beautiful beach in the world - Punta Cana Bavaro. We've met great friends there and had a lots of fun.

It's very hard to find the right words to describe this lovely place, so I hope those pictures that I’ve taken there will do it better then me.

Beauty of Snow | Southampton Common Park | Landscape Photographer | Nature

How unpredictable our lives can be! My previous post was about the beauty of the British Autumn. It has been just two weeks since I took those pictures and no one could have imagined that those two weeks would bring us so much change through the famous power of Mother Nature. All because of snow. Seems like this could be funny for some of you, but snow is not something we usually see where I live. It has grown to be quite a serious issue with most of the schools closing, buses suspended and trains barely operating with a limited timetable. All of those problems forced me to stay at home and work remotely, where I did hope that the snow would stay for a little bit and allow me to capture some of those beautiful city and park landscapes during my lunch break. The view I saw was amazing. Under this winter coat, there was the hidden glow of autumn and that is why my pictures retain some of the colours that are so unusual for a typical winter period. I'm so glad that I can add those photos of the Southampton Common Park to my landscape photography prey.

...and in the end, I could say also that I was very lucky to have my camera with me, as I was planing to give it for the repair... Enjoy:

Highcliffe Castle Christchurch Dorset BH23 4LE

The south west part of the England is full of stunning places to hold a wedding. One such special place is Highcliffe Castle in Christchurch, Dorset, which I discovered 3 years back and fell in love with. It's on the lovely cliff coast beach with a breathtaking view of the Isle of Wight. Wedding photography is not an easy task, and when it comes to taking the pictures at a place like this, the pressure rises. For me, it's about capturing the character of these places, as the background on the image is something that you can't forget. The pictures underneath are all about this background. Enjoy.
